Email Campaign Service Price List

All Prices are in Canadian Dollars.
All services are payable 100% in advance in a monthly base.
Payments are made by credit card processed by PayPal, or certified cheque.
Project begins on the day we receive your first payment.
Taxes are extra where applicable.

All production plans include:
1. One-time design consultation before starting the development: 60-minute telephone interview.
2. Email access to Canella Studio: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm
3. Monthly follow up during the program.

Note: Some of our services are bound up with others and can NOT be order as a single service. For example:
1. Canella Studio is NOT offering Broadcasting service ONLY. Our Broadcasting service is bound up with our Production service. You have to order both.
2. Production service could be order as a single service, in situation of preexisting e-marketing account with third party. In this case you have to give Canella Studio an access to your preexisting third party broadcasting account.
3. All design services, including Template design, and all Additional services could be order as a single service.

* Production is the layout of your email. It does NOT include template design, logo design, branding, custom imagery, special visual manipulations, editing and copywriting. Production time for all type of plans is 3 business days after receiving all content - text and visual elements from you. It is your responsibility to send us text and imagery, ready to layout, free of typos, errors and omissions. Any changes from your previously submitted content will be charged extra according to both time and type of work, starting at minimum of $60 per hour.
(i)1 Email Campaign Monthly: We produce and send one email campaign for you once a month.
(ii)2 Email Campaigns Monthly: We produce and send one email campaign for you every other week, in a total of 2 email campaigns monthly.
(iii)4 Email Campaigns Monthly: We produce and send one email campaign for you every week, in a total of 4 email campaigns monthly.

** You pay once for a Template design and then use it as long as you wish for your email Promotions or Newsletters. When you purchase a Customized E-mail Template Design, the $60 Setup fee will be waived.

*** Choose your level accordingly. Send as many emails as you like, as often as you like (for example - broadcast 4 campaigns per month to up to 500 recipients = $15). The broadcasting service Monthly fee is based on the number of contacts (recipients) in your email list, not by the amount of emails you send each month. Each unique email address will count as one subscriber or contact. Upgrade or downgrade your level monthly by notifying us.
